For integrating the TRDP protocol into future service-oriented frameworks, the protocol and the TRDP API should be extended. In the PD headers, a unique serviceId (Service-Type-ID plus Instance ID) can be communicated via the reserved field, in MD header the userURI should be used.
The XML definitions must be extended to optionally contain a service - comId mapping.

Most parts of the service oriented API are implemented, current work is preliminary and going on.
