Committed r2089.

APIs added for Mapped Device Support are:

tau_readXmlMappedDevices() tau_readXmlMappedDeviceConfig() tau_readXmlMappedInterfaceConfig()

These APIs can be used to read out the Mapped Device Configuration from the Config XML. The actual usage and swapping of this config (for the mapped devices) has to be done by the application or in TRDP High Layer.
