tau_getOwnIds realized in tau_tti.c
Use with caution: Because of missing TTDB Manager (ECSP), this function has not been tested.
NOTE:
Because of the asynchronous behavior of the TTI subsystem, most functions in tau_tti.c may return TRDP_NODATA_ERR on first invocation. They should be called again after 1...3 seconds (3s is the timeout for most MD replies).
