#178 trdp_releaseSocket does not cleanup tcpParams

The flags notSend, sendNotOk and addFileDesc are not set to FALSE when closing an MD socket.

If an error occurs in the past on the iface, e.g. a tcp connection fails, the iface won't send any data since notSend is still true.
