#172 Infinite loop of message sending after PD Pull Request when registered in multicast group

In case of PD Pull Multipoint-to-Point, when a PD Pull Request message is sent and the device is registered in the MC group it sends the request to, then the stack has two behaviours:

• It receives the request it sent to itself (ok) but then replies with a 'Pr' message
• It will endlessly start sending messages

Given the following setup:

- The device has the IP address 172.16.4.21
- Subscribed to ComId 2000, destination MC 239.0.0.10
- Subscribed to ComId 1000, destination 172.16.4.21
- Request ComId 1000, destination 239.0.0.10, reply ComId 1000, replyIp 172.16.4.21
