#151 tlp_request: timeout-flag is not cleared

In tlp_request the timeout-time (pSubPD->timeToGo) of the subscribed packets is reset. The timeout-flag (TRDP_TIMED_OUT) of pSubPD->privFlags is not cleared. Since the timeout-flag is not cleared in tlp_request, tlp_get returns TRDP_TIMEOUT_ERR, even if the timeout-time is not yet ellapsed.

Proposed solution:
-> Clear timeout-flag within tlp_request.
