#137 tlc_closeSession should close the tcp socket used for md communication

If the user adds a listener with tlm_addListener() using TCP a tcp socket is created and the socket handle is stored within the session structure "pSession->tcpFd.listen_sd".

When tlc_closeSession() is called this socket is not closed.
