According to iec61375-2-3{ed1.0}en.pdf, page 220, there is no such field (leadVehOfCst).

I think this 'leadVehOfCst' is new changement of IEC61375-2-3. Please check with document 'iec61375-2-3-cor2{ed1.0}en.pdf' Page 7, there is a new Replacement of Figure E.3.

So from my point of view, this 'leadVehOfCst' should not be removed.

Hi Kun,

Thank you for pointing this out. I am not aware of this leadVehOfCst addition in the ECSP_CTRL.

Actually I am confused after checking out the discussion between UC and Gernot in the "IEC 61375-2-3_IS_collection_of_comments_2016-04-08.pdf", it seems that the decision is not to add the leadVehOfCst. (See No. 13 in the page 11)

Anyway, it could be better to double confirm with Gernot.
