#28 tclxml 3.3 with some fixes, buiilt/tested with Tcl/Tk 8.5.13

Change summary:

- We want the pure Tcl version of everything, so we corrected configure.in to
include tcldom-tcl/dom.tcl into the installation.
- Applied patch to allow configuration/compilation in a separate directory
(available from sourceforge)
- Applied patch from sourceforge to correct a bug in tcldom-tcl/dom.tcl when
creating nodes.
- Updated tcldom-tcl/dom.tcl to have package version number 3.3 and requite
xml 3.3
- Fixed pkgIndex.tcl.in to support pure Tcl version of this package
- tclxml.c Added Tcl_PkgProvide for package Tclxml to avoid problems with
package name Tclxml occuring in \'info load\' but can not be required.
- pkgIndex.tcl.in: Fixed bug - variable dir was not set.

The package maintainer has received the patch which was to large for an upload.
