Yes, got it running just last week. Didn't have to do anything:
it just ran. NB. I didn't do an install, just ran the server
out of the distribution directory. NB2. the additional C functions,
crypt and limit, etc, were not used.
Further, my aim in getting the server to work was to
prototype performing on-the-fly transformations of XML
documents using XSLT to deliver HTML Web pages. That works
fine too! I overrode the "DocHandler" procedure in a custom
library file; only a handful of LOC did the job.
