[Tclxml-devel] TclDOM Update

Hi Guys,

Just to let you know, I've converted the TclDOM package
to use ChangeLog instead of changes.  Please update your
CVS trees accordingly.  This is to take advantage of the
^X-4-a Emacs trick Jeff Hobbs mentioned in a c.l.t message
recently (thanks Jeff!).

BTW, I'd to work towards a full release of the TclDOM package.
If you're planning on making changes to either the Tcl or C code
please let me know, with an anticipated completion date.
