[Tclxml-devel] TclXML Release

Hi Developers,

There are quite a few TclXML improvements and bug fixes
mounted up, so I feel it's time to make a new release.
It would be nice to include the C code (TclExpat) in this
one to make it a full (rather than 'theta') release.

I'm not using the TclXML C code in any of my projects
at the moment (everything's going through TclDOM/libxml2),
so what's the feeling out there for the readiness of
TclXML/expat for release?
