The project has not released any files yet.  There is some code (that 
might even work...) in the CVS repository.

This project has not been abandoned - I do intend to resurrect it and 
put some life into it.  However, it has been waiting on getting the 
infrastructure into place (TclXML/libxml2, et al)  and I have been 
working on another project (content management) in the meantime.

Don't know about that one.  Another thing to look at is a simple 
browser application that is included in the TclDOM examples directory.
