[Tclxml-users] Where to download Swish or Wax?

Where can I download one of the Tcl XML editors?

I have tried

http://sourceforge.net/projects/waxml/ (apparently no activity whatsoever)

and

http://xml.coverpages.org/swish10a2-19990121.html (link to download page gives 
"403 Forbidden")

in vain.
