Hi Larry,

The MS Windows build of TclXML/libxml2 (and TclDOM/libxml2, TclXSLT)
statically links the libxml2 library.  Of course, that's a completely 
different
build system.

Has anyone tried to/successfully built TclXML/libxml2 statically on 
Linux
or some other *nix?
