The current CVS HEAD (committed 2 Apr 2003) worked
for me with cygwin+MSVC and with MSYS+MinGW.  See
tcldom/src/README.txt r1.1 for more details.

Hrm... looks like I neglected to notify the list as promised
when I got this working.  My apologies.

Anyway, please try it out and let me know if you have
any problems; I think it should work now.
