Will TclDOMPro build on Windows yet?  What issues remain with MSVC?

If there is a sticky problem, perhaps the developer of tclsoap can
help, as his site has an older precompiled windows version available
for download:    http://tclsoap.sourceforge.net/dom-packages.html
