Joe has already answered this, but yes.  tcldom/src is completely
independant - I maintain the parent directory and Joe maintains
the src directory.

Yes.  This is a (relatively) new naming convention I adopted
last year in order to correctly identify the various subprojects.

Joe is maintaining that code, so you would have to ask him.
As long as someone maintains it, it won't be dropped.
My efforts are going into the libxml2 wrapper, since I believe
that gives me more leverage.
