TclDOM v2.0 has not yet been officially released, so there's no
tarball.  While I'd like to do more work on the package (more Level 2/3
support, XPath support, etc), perhaps there's no point in delaying
release.  At this stage there's some significant release engineering
to be done.

Do folks want an official v2.0 release sooner, rather than later?
