Have you written a Tcl interface for your parser? Also, what do you mean by "named tags"? Aren't all tags named? I presume you're talking about a so-called "Simple-XML" variant which doesn't handle attributes, entities, etc. If so then your parser is not XML conformant. BTW, a Windows COM component, even if it is free, doesn't do me alot of good since most of my development is on Unix/Linux or Mac platforms.
