[Tclxml-users] TclXML v2.0.1 Patch

Oops... I left the pkgIndex.tcl file out of the 'theta' distribution.

A patch release, v2.0.1, has been uploaded to SourceForge to replace
the original broken release.

After a further brief test period I will post an announcement to
comp.lang.tcl.
