[Tclxml-announce] Version 2.6 Released

Version 2.6 of the TclXML, TclDOM and TclXSLT packages
are now available.  See http://tclxml.sf.net for
further information and links to download.

The bulk of the changes for this version were to TclDOM,
to better support the libxml2 binding.  TclDOM/libxml2
is now mostly feature-complete wrt the pure Tcl implementation.
