#15 tclxslt needs rpm package

An rpm package for tclxslt would make it brain-dead easy
to install on many linux machines. It would also help
make it a candidate for inclusion in future Fedora
releases. Attached is a patch against tclxslt-3.0 that
adds a "rpm:" target to the Makefile, as well as a rpm
spec file, for creating the RPM package based on a
specified CVS tag.
