#1 Text based installer

The current installer is GUI based which means it
requires intervention by the user. I'd like a CLI
based installer which I can call from a UNIX script.

I'm putting together a custom version of Tcl which
currently builds from source using a single shell
script. Or it did until I made TclXML part of the
package!
