#68 Tclx man page editorial nit regarding id host

There appears to be two entries for "id host" in the Tclx(n) man page. The first appears alphabetically sorted between id effective groupids and id process, and the second appears after id process group set. Note that the second appearance has alightly more detail and probably could replace the previous one.
