[tclwebtest] link feature suggestion

I think the before and after modifiers that you are suggesting for the
link find command would be very useful. I was looking for a feature like
this when I was writing the install scripts for dotLRN. Just as in your
example it is often very useful to be able to iterate over links in an
HTML table based on text before or after the links in the same table row.

Thanks for all the great improvements you are making to Tclwebtest!
