Hi!
Tcl Trf uses c2man to generate manpages for C functions. But c2man is very outdated now (in particular, it is considered to be removed from Debian GNU/Linux distribution - I guess it's the last distribution where c2man is still included).
Have you considered the idea to switch to another manpages generating tool (e.g. oxygen)?
