Please update ChangeLog in all such cases.
I am not very knowledgable in ChangeLog's techniques, but looks like it
should contain comments on every little change, and I noticed yesterday you
did update without touching ChangeLog.

My plan was to create some ChangeLog entries from the CVS log at the
end of the day.  I would be more happy if we actually had the
ChangeLog autogenerated from the CVS log.

What I do is write the ChangeLog entries, and copy those directly
into my commit messages.
