I am aware of it missing from ActiveState's PPM repo.  I also
know the fixes required, but the right people are all away on
vacation, so I can't get that corrected until January.

That may be a failing in the dependency specs / checking, as I
think that's just used for testing the Tcl module.

Hmmm, those look like libs that should be somewhere on the
