tclspice-0.2.15 has been released, you can get it from

http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/tclspice

Notes:

Major change is readline support ( thanks to  Stuart Brorson)

Instructions:

To install do:
$ tar -zxf tclspice-0.2.15.tar.gz
$ cd tclspice
$ ./configure --with-tcl --enable-experimental --enable-xspice
$ make tcl
$ make install-tcl

Usage:

For detailed usage instructions go to

http://tclspice.sourceforge.net/

quick guide:

$ spicewish <spicefile>
