#4 support SOAP message passing

tclsoap currently supports the soap rpc model. Soap
also specifies a simpler message-passing model where
the body of the message is just an xml document.

This mode of operation could be specified by giving a
"-message" flag to SOAP::create in lieu of "-params"
which would also change the default parseProc to one
that just returns the raw body data.
