[Tcl/SMAPI-discuss] How to set speaker options in TTS interface for TCL/TK ?

Hi All,

I am trying to find out how to set various speaker options like speed
(number of words per minute), gender etc., using TCL/TK API for Viavoice
outloud TTS package. Can anyone help how to set these things?
