Sunil,

ViaVoice produces different type of confidence scores. The phrase score is
returned only for results from BNF grammar files, not from ngram text
vocabularies. For ngram vocabs we return word scores that include both
acoustic and linguistic probabilities. No way to convert them to
probability of being correct at this time.

These scores should normally be positive for good recognition.
