I see that noone has responded to this. Well, I can say with definite
certainty that building TclPro on Windows is not trivial. You might
be able to do one or two tools separately, or adapt the sources for
another project, but TclPro really is a beast. That is a good part of
the value that ActiveState provides, in addition to bug fixes, updates
and the like.
