TclPro 1.6.0.1 beta 2 Release Notes

ActiveState is pleased to announce the 1.6.0.1 beta 2 release of the
TclPro productivity toolset, a part of ASPN Tcl

This release is based on the Tcl/Tk 8.4a4 release language core and
incorporates the same standard features of the regular TclPro.

What is in this release=20

TclPro =96 Quality-assured TclPro toolkit for rapid development and
delivery of Tcl applications, including:

 * TclPro Debugger - Breakpoints, single-stepping, variable/stack
   display, and other features help you track down bugs quickly
 * TclPro Checker - Find syntax errors and other common usage errors
   quickly, without having to run your program
 * TclPro Wrapper - Create a single executable file containing
   everything needed to run a Tcl application
 * TclPro Compiler - Compile a Tcl script into a bytecode
   representation for distribution, so your source code doesn't
   leave your site
