#44 splash screen cleanup

The prodebug splash screen suffers from some problems:

1) The images can't be loaded

2) There is a reference to the now-defunct
ajubasolutions.com (I guess Interwoven didn't bother to
pay the bill)

3) The new copyright line is really long and causes the
splash screen to appear very wide.

The attached patch fixes all of these problems.
