[Tclplugin-core] TCl problem

Hi,
 we have down loaded TCL/TK latest  code form your web on windows 2000, compiling it on Visual Studio 6.0++
We encountered copilation problem for one file.
Is there any version specific problem with latest TCL/TK on windows 2k??
