[Tclplugin-core] tcl plugins doesn't work with Netscape 4.7

Hi I've just download Tcl plugin vers. 2.0 and I'm using Netscape 4.7 .
When I'm going to this URL :
http://dev.scriptics.com/software/plugin/applets.html
It displays me au blank square which means that I have no plugins 
installed on
my computer ( MacOS9.1 ).
What can I do ?
When will you relase a more stable verions for Mac ?
