[Tclplugin-core] Failure to use Explore 6.0.26

Hello, 

I downloaded the WEB Explorer version 6.0.26 and try to use the TCL PLugin (last Version) and doesn't work. 
I need help to solve this problem because a lot of users have been downloaded the same version and the applications that uses TCLPlugin stops.
