There appears to be a couple problems.  The first is that for some reason you
are continuing to attempt to use the scriptics.com URL.   Scriptics has
been gone a year, and for a while was being redirected.

The second problem is that there appears to be some problem connecting
to the new home of these pages - http://www.tcl-tk.net/
(aka http://purl.org/tcl/home/, aga http://tcl.activestate.com/ )

Perhaps one of the ActiveState people can check on this.
