#23 Tcl Interp Crash

Dear Tclodbc author(s),

I noticed if I call a tclodbc command after its been
disconnected it crashes the Tcl interpreter. The
desired behavior would be to raise a Tcl error that
said Tcl command no longer exists.

Also, if you like I wouldn't mind joining your admin
team to help fix bugs. I have previous SQL C and Tcl
experience.
