A could of mods to tkchat to make it "nicer" for AquaTk users

The first sets the application name (i.e. the left most menu name in the
menu bar) to TkChat.

The second "unhides" the chat window on alert. Previously only minimised
(i.e. iconified) windows were de-iconified.

Both changes use Ffidl - thanks to Daniel Steffen for the pointers on how
to use it.
