[Tcllib-devel] Tcllib - Reopened discussion on what packages to put into it.

Current state
	Tcl-only packages which depen only on tcl, or other Tcl-only packages of
this type.
	May depend on C packages (like Trf, etc.) if the functionality can be had
without
	them as well (=> optional accelerators).

Proposed by Aaron:

	Relax the restrictions to allow dependency on non-optional C packages.
	Example:
		...

Alternative proposal would be to make a sibling of tcllib, tklib in the
tcllib project for these.

Tension:
	Tcllib as the proverbial KitchenSink.
vs.	Scattering of packages across lots of websites.
