I am back from my vacation. Checking this I find that the list accepts mail from
non-members without question. I am now changing this to hold mail from
non-members for moderation. This means that the moderator (i.e. me) will see
spam first and can discard it. On-topic mails by non-members will be passed
through to the list, with a delay.
