[Tcllib-devel] ::ftp::Put patch for STOU and STOT

hi,
  I've just submitted a patch to sf.net related
to the ftp module. It makes ::ftp::Put command
to use STOU whenever you don't specify a name
for the remote file and add a -hylafax option in
order to use ::ftp::Put to properly work with an
HylaFax server too.
