This should not happen.

I just ran the tcllib testsuite from CVS against the current Tcl HEAD
and it worked just fine (three errors in there, but those are probably
know (in math, snit and struct on error each on SUSE 10.1 x86_64).

So do you get a log file or some useful other info?
