So, for tcllib and tklib we may state that code contributors are 
warm-heartedly
encouraged to use the OO packages (snit and stooop, at least) that are 
in tcllib
now, whichever they feel comfortable with?

(Mind you: I am not proposing a standard nor do I want to start yet another
discussion. I hope I chose my words carefully enough. I just want to make
clear what we want to achieve)
