The RC2 distributions of Tcllib 1.9 are available at

Changes since RC1:

	Mostly testsuite fixes,
	cmdline version bumped,
	fileutil::magic actual bugfix, and version bumped.

This exact state (changelog notes, etc) has not been committed yet, nor tagged.
Please play with them and report back, either here, or directly to me.
