[Tcllib-devel] CVS tools in use outside of unix platforms ...

On unixoid platforms the main CVs client is 'cvs', easily executable from the 
command line.

What other clients or used on platforms like Windows, OSX, etc. ?

Are any of these clients callable from the command line as well ?
