[Tcllib-devel] config package, for option managment

Hello!

After looking around for existing code for commandline and
configuration file processing I decided to wrap up a package by myself
to combine and simplify option managment.

The result is the 'config' package, which can be found and downloaded
at:

  http://www.magma.com.ni/moin/TclConfig

I would be happy to contribute this package to Tcllib, if you deem it
of interest.

To comply with the requisites I converted my notes to the doctools
format, and put the package under a double Licence: BSD and GPL.

You can find the individual files as attachments to the Wiki page.
